From the experience we have left, to see the forms of participation and its real impact on decision-making by the bureaucratic apparatus of the state, we will try, in the present article, outlining some points for reflection based on some trials thinker Orlando Fals Borda, on what we mean by participation and their real impact on decision-making or on the contrary deformations that this concept (participation) can have a view to highlighthing its importance in the collective construction of a country inclusive, democratic and dignified.
