Considerations to enable the evaluation of territorial
dynamics in the context of the post-agreement in Antioquia are proposed. For its development, an analysis and application of the theories of telecoupled systems and polycentric governance
created and used mainly by Jianguo Liu and Elinor Ostrom were made. Likewise, some guiding questions, adapting those of Oberlack and others, are proposed, in order to operationalize
the process. Elements to analyze the economic, social and environmental dynamics, generated both inside and outside the selected training and reinstatement area, are suggested, which underwent a transformation, which generated some socioenvironmental problems or impacts on the territories.
