Abstract

This paper proposes, from the review of specialized bibliography and primary sources (documentary methodology), to establish the determinants and modalities of the forms of war that dominate the horizon in the XXI century. It is based on a contextualization of the moment in which we find ourselves in terms of civilization and the way in which war is a central element of the process.A relationship is established between the doctrinal and academic approach in order to establish a useful diagnosis of this phenomenon for those who oppose the generalization of wars and their effects.
