Abstract

The Colombian armed conflict and the high level of impunity (UN, 2011) linked to practices against humanity perpetrated by social actors in every way impairs the quality and life expectancy of actual and potential victims; historically their internal mobile have led to the establishment of a system (RCAA) of repression-coercion-alienation that aims for the annulment of the social collective memory, which gradually has remained in lethargy alternative ideals of socio-political organization of some groups, but those have strongly silenced through systematic cancellation, ergo historically also restricts the ability of many groups to fight for their civil rights claim.
