Today, it is necessary to recognize and to re-signify the research practices
with a training approach as sources of construction and transformation of
knowledge. In that sense, it is a priority to think the subject of knowledge, with
a capacity to build and to give a new meaning to their work, by encouraging
learning in progress, knowing, and thinking about the transformation of reality.
It introduces a synthesis, which collects some key ideas put forward by Master
Hugo Zemelman, on the field of educational research.
