Abstract

This document is the first installment of three texts, is reported as chair of political education, directed the social bases and university, implying, an initial framework for basic political education, non-Politology and less electoral or partisan, training needed to overcome mental colonial structures and create autonomous political subject capable, from a critical perspective, to build a pluralistic and inclusive society in a real way. In this paper we present a hypothetical budget, decisions of national and international political power, are not isolated from theoretical concepts of the Social Sciences and Humanities which are decisive in the ways of life of societies of our time.
