Given the Colombian political conjuncture, in which new peace processes were announced, it is necessary to resume discussions on the structural factors, which (re)produced the political, social and armed conflict. For this reason, this article presents the rescue of the reports of the Historical Commission of the Conflict and its Victims (CHCV), with a view to a hermeneutic reconstruction, which derives in the recognition of the main structures of the conflict. This by means of a categorical reading (in its most Zemelmanian sense) and an interpretative articulation based on the concept of Geno structure of Carlos Matus' Social Game Theory.
