The research carried out allowed to relate professional skills with the demand of the profession in the workforce. In this case, it was possible to identify that in the different clinical, educational, organizational, legal contexts, the professional
is required to develop the skills acquired in the university and professional context, by creating generic and specific competences, which represent him, and make him suitable for the position. In this case, from research it is concluded that, universities must prepare not only in the basic competences of
the training professional, they but must also develop educational processes from professional practice developing skills, which meet the needs of labor demand. In this case, such skills are achieved at the end of the mandatory teaching stage so that the person is prepared for their adult life.
