This article analyzes the structural crisis of the Western-liberal order and the surge of a multipolar world, marked by geopolitical disputes among emerging powers, such as China, Russia, Iran, and India. In this scenario, extractivism, ecocide, and territorial commodification deepen inequalities. However, they also give rise to popular resistance, which paves the way for civilizational transformation from the peoples. The advance of a global techno-fascism is denounced, which brings together digital, military, and media control in order to maintain an authoritarian order. Faced with this multiple crisis – economic, ethical, and ecological, there is a need, on the one hand, of a regional unity among countries, but on the other hand, a global popular uprising, anchored in social justice, sovereignty, the defense of life, the territories, and the peoples as an emancipatory horizon.
